As soon as the baby starts to move and cry, the bunny turns on the lamp and activates the pink noise. This soothes the baby and allows them to return to restful sleep.
After 30 minutes, the toy turns off and goes into standby mode for 3 hours. If the baby cries again, the Moonie bunny emits the last sound for another 30 minutes, and the cycle repeats. You can also manually activate the smart cry detector and place the toy in the crib with a sleeping baby.
The Moonie Humming Bunny has a built-in rechargeable battery that can be charged via USB. It takes 3 hours to fully charge the battery, which provides 8 hours of continuous operation of the toy with light and sound activated.
