The Gluckswindel wool diaper cover is one of the few completely plastic-free solutions. It fastens with ties sewn on the sides, allowing for precise and personalized adjustment, without elastic, snaps, or compression.

Thanks to its tie closure, this diaper cover adapts perfectly to the child's body shape. Nothing squeezes, nothing leaves marks. It is particularly suitable for babies sensitive to elastic or when you want to avoid the bulky effect of classic pull-up wool covers.

The tie-on diaper cover is one of the thinnest wool covers. It offers natural waterproof protection while maintaining a discreet silhouette. The overall thickness will depend on the absorbent system used underneath.

What absorbent system should be used under the Gluckswindel cover?

This cover is used as a waterproof protection over:

• classic cloth diapers.
• flat diapers
• prefolds

What clothes to wear over it?

As the wool cover is very thin, it creates a discreet "bottom." It is advisable to choose slightly loose-fitting pants, as with any cloth diaper, to ensure comfort and freedom of movement.

How many covers should I plan for the night?

For nighttime use, plan for approximately 2 to 3 covers. After the morning change, let the cover air out all day. If it is dry and odorless in the evening, it can be reused. Otherwise, wash and relanolize it.

For exclusive use with this model, it is recommended to have 4 to 6 in rotation.

Care instructions

Before first use, it is recommended to wash and then lanolize the cover to activate its natural waterproof properties.

Thereafter, washing and relanolizing every 3 to 4 weeks is sufficient, provided the cover is well aired after each use. In case of contact with solids, immediate washing followed by a new lanolization is necessary.
