Care instructions

Virgin wool is a natural self-cleaning material thanks to the lanolin it contains.
It does not need to be washed often. If necessary:

• Hand wash only
• Use a special wool detergent
• Maintain the same water temperature for washing and rinsing (avoid thermal shocks)
• Do not wring, but gently press out excess water
• Dry flat, in the open air, away from direct heat sources

Alwero blankets are made using the traditional pile technique: virgin wool is fixed to a textile weave (polyester) to ensure durability. The skin comes into contact with natural wool, which retains its thermal properties and comfort.
